Our In-House Diaper Testing Lab – Ensuring Excellence in Every Product
As a leading diaper manufacturer, we recognize that quality and reliability are critical to earning customer trust. That’s why we invest in a state-of-the-art in-house testing laboratory—a cornerstone of our commitment to product safety, performance, and continuous innovation.

What are the components of a typical disposable diaper?
1) Polyethylene or cloth-like film: This is used as the back sheet, that prevents the liquids from leaking out of the diaper. The back-sheet can also be given a cloth-like look, by adding a thin polypropylene non-woven sheet to the film, using either the hot melt process or the heat and pressure method with direct extrusion to the nonwoven.

Quality Control for Disposable Diaper Manufacturing
1)In-Line Visual Inspection System: This includes automatic vision systems and manual in-line visual inspections. Most inspections can be done automatically with a digital imaging equipment, as many as 24 individual items in every single diaper can be inspected automatically.
